यसो गरे कसो होला?‏पछी /पुन एकपटक विज्ञान प्रा.वि.कै कुरा‏ अर्न्तगत के के कुरा हुँदै छ त

A.समादरणिय सकलजन, (probably it stands for dear all)



विज्ञान प्रा.वि.ले पनि धेरैको ध्यान तानेकामा खुसी लाग्यो । दशैंमा पुग्दा साह्रै नरमाइलो लागेकाले यो मञ्चमा राखेको हुँ । मेरो बिचारमा उक्त विद्यालयलाई सहयोग जुटाउने संभाव्य केही बाटाहरू छन् जस्तो पनि लागेको छ । हर्मीमा केन्द्रसम्म पहुँच भएका bureaucrats, technocrats, educationists, योजनाविदहरूको खानी नै छ । I/NGO का साहुहरू पनि नभएका हैनन् । के गर्ने ताप्के तात्दैन, बिँडमात्र तातेर काम लाग्दो रहेनछ ।

१. जिल्लास्थित शिक्षा कार्यालय, जि.वि.स. आदिबाट सहयोगका लागि प्रयत्न गर्ने । जसका लागि कृषी कार्यालय प्रमुख बुद्दी थापा, बन प्रमुख कृष्ण वस्ती मेरा छिमेकी हुन् म अनुरोध गरौंला, जनस्वास्थ्य प्रमुखसँग दामोदरको राम्रो चिनजान छ उसले भन्ने र अरू जसको जोसँग चिनजान छ उहाँहरूमार्फत संवन्धित कार्यालयमा ताकेता गर्दा पनि केहि झर्दो हो ।

२. गोरखा जिल्लाबाट संविधानसभामा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने सभासद नै १५।१६ जना छन् उहाँहरूलाई भनेर सांसद विकास कोषबाट प्रति सभासद २०,००० नै दिएपनि केहि लाख हुँदो हो ।

३. त्यतिले पनि भएन भने यहि मञ्चका सदस्यहरूको पहलमा रकम उठाएर पनि गर्न नसकिने होइन । यदि त्यसो गर्ने हो भने

शुरुवात मैबाट गरौं Seed money जस्तै दशोडा हजार दाम (१०,०००) म हाल्छु ।

I fully agree and support your ideas and happy to contribute NRs. 10,000.00 for the development of Bigyan Pra.Bi.

Let's make an arrangement such as a) openning a bank account in the name of school; b) assigned a focal person in each locations to keep account of it .

To spend money, we need to have plan ready for which let's have joint (school authority, management committee, and this group) meeting and decide on how to move forward.

Date, Place, and Time can be finalised in this group first and then we can inform school authority.

I think you are right. Let we start translating idea in practice. Small contribution from the members around Harmi could result into a healthy environment for the students of Bigyan Primary School. It is not impossible to make it a model school if we come together with a common goal. Harmi is the place of ours and we ourselves can do for the betterment. At the same time it is very important to consult the parents, students and the social leaders at Harmi. They could be the right person for the leadership.

E.)It is very encouraging that we have started our financial committments as well for the Vigyan Pra. Vi. I think most of us who are involved in this discussion will committ like this, as much as it will be possible for each of us respectively and as much is needed. This is really encouraging. This is really appreciable initiative from Ishwari. Let us keep it up.

At this moment we should be already thinking ahead. After the building is constructed, how shall we sustain and improve the runnuing of school,its development further and most essential, its quality of education. Hardware is very essential but without proper quality software it is of no use.

For all these we need a proper planning, a committed committee, good advisors and very important is committed, appreciative and agreeing stakeholders (the students, teachers, parents, and whole community).

I also express my financial committment for this noble purpose (how much will decide at a later stage).
